The name of this Rasteau takes the title of a long poem by Lucretius "On the Nature of Things" which describes his vision of the constitution of the world.
Mainly made from a blend of Grenache and Syrah, planted on clay-limestone soils. The nose of this wine is an invitation to sit down to eat. It explodes with fruit. Blackcurrant, raspberry and cherry combine to better express themselves. The palate is tender, without any aggressiveness, with a touch of soft tannins.
