The grapes that go into the organic Doppio Passo Primitivo Puglia IGT are grown according to strict organic guidelines and are picked at two different times during the harvest: first when the grapes are fully ripe, and second at a later time, to obtain its distinctive taste. When blended, the result is a soft, aromatic and exceptionally full-bodied wine with notes of blackberries, cherries and forest fruits. Great with steaks, Moroccan cuisine or a rich ragu dish.
