Very tasty Riesling with searing acidity balanced by a not inconsiderable amount of residual sugar. Closest in style perhaps to a decent Halbtrocken from the Pfalz, this is refreshing yet deeply complex and with a finish that just goes on and on. This wine pairs well with dishes with some heat, think Asian pork belly or spicy Mexican dishes.
