From the same people behind our very popular Piquepoul Rose comes this fresh, aromatic white wine selected from small parcels of Mediterranean hillside vineyard where chalky soils allow the Sauvignon Blanc to express its vibrant natural aromatic character. The wine was matured on its lees for 8 months to enhance the expression of hedgerow, gun flint and citrus fruits. It is crisp and elegant on the palate, with soft fruit with a refined mineral finish.
