Lovely aromas, just a hint of the Cab. Franc about it but whereas Cab Franc smells of grass and leaf this smells the next notch deeper… fresh bark stripped from a stick sort of thing. Lovely fresh crunch to the fruit, again more depth/substance than a typical Cab Franc but again the similarities are there to some extent. It’s bright and lively and feels quite a bit younger than it actually is. Definitely one to serve a degree or two cooler.
