A single 225 litre barrel has produced just 300 bottles of this stunningly textured wine. It looks a bit like nectar with delightful white flower notes on the nose, the palate has an unctuous charcater, very special indeed. Certainly needs something rich and slightly on the wild side. Pork shoulder and tarragon casserole would do a very nice job.
