Blackwoods 2021 vintage dry gin is chock full of botanicals from the Scottish coast. Like kelp. That's properly Scottish and coastal. So's sea-water mint, which is in here. And citrusy sea buckthorn. Alongside them are more classic gin ingredients like juniper, grapefruit, lime, fennel, and black pepper. Pop some tonic on this with a thick wedge of pink grapefruit and you'll have a lovely drink. Or make a filthy Dirty Martini, if you really want a good time.
