Stunning example Côtes de Provence rosé from the wonderfully talented Jérôme. Made using fruit from his family owned organic vineyards this punches well above its weight on the quality scale. Well-balanced and packed full of red fruits, nectarine and a soft peachyness this is cracking stuff. Brilliant any time of the year and fantastic with foods like black olive tapenade, med roasted veg tart or with grilled fish.
