A softly peated, fruit-sweet single malt, Torabhaig Taigh is the first permanent core release from Torabhaig Distillery, matured in bourbon and wine casks for added elegance and rounded sweetness. On the nose, woodland smoke and seaside embers mingle with baked apple, maple syrup and clove-cinnamon spice, while the palate is silky with vanilla custard, toasted almond and dried fruits, finishing on toasted oak, red fruits and a gentle lingering peat.
