This unique maritime cool climate terroir produces exceptionally mouth-watering wines of incredible finesse and depth. The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tanks with no additional ageing before bottling. This Sauvignon Blanc is supremely elegant, with a crisp citrus backbone and chalky texture.
