A blend of Palomino, Godello and others co-fermented; this is medium straw colour, shiny and bright. Very floral and fruity nose of apricot and some, with stone fruit and dry herb aromas. In the mouth it has a nice balance of freshness and with gastronomic potential. Moderate alcohol for a very pleasant and enjoyable wine. Really lovely stuff and from the air, the vineyard is shaped like a dog's head hence the label! Only 1000 bottles produced.
