Made from organically-grown grapes, this very deeply-coloured red offers aromas of blackberries, dried fruit and dark roast coffee on the nose. Typically lifted and fresh despite its full body and intense colour, the palate has plush berry fruit, subtle savoury spice, and pleasantly grippy yet ripe tannins with a very long finish. Delicious with beef casserole or mushroom risotto.
