A blend of Garnacha, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot this is an absolute triumph from the re-known guys at Cartoixa. Powerful and brooding however the purity of fruit holds everything up creates a lightness of touch with the oak so well integrated. It would work wonderfully well with roast leg of lamb or mature cheese.
