A blend of the French clone of Syrah and the Australian clone Shiraz this is the best of boteh worlds! The wine may present a tartar sediment. This phenomenon is natural and guarantees that the wine has not undergone any physical or chemical treatment. By gently decanting the bottle, the sediment will remain at the bottom and will not affect the tasting of the wine. Served at 16-18 ºC, it displays all its fragrance and complexity.
