A complex, expressive Bordeaux-style blend led by Cabernet Franc. Aromas of blackberry, plum and black cherry are layered with violet, dried herbs, graphite and subtle tobacco spice. Full-bodied yet elegant, with silky, finely textured tannins, fresh acidity and a distinctive mineral character leading to a long, savoury finish. Superb with roast lamb, steak, slow-cooked beef, pulled pork or mature cheeses.
