Pale straw in the glass. The nose is lively and expressive, showing orange zest, mango, pineapple and a touch of coconut. On the palate it is dry, crisp and aromatic, with bright acidity, a mineral line and a faint saline note. Great with Oysters, steamed Mussels or Lobster with lemon butter.
