Its brilliant pale salmon hue is reminiscent to that of a classic Provence Rosé. On the nose, this wine is delicate, with notes of aromatic herbs and floral nuances. The foundation consists of red berry aromas such as redcurrant, accompanied by toasted notes and hazelnut which bring even more complexity and character to the wine. The palate offers good acidity and a light structure, ending on a dry and spicy finish. This is a beautifully crafted Rosé with excellent balance and good cellaring potential and outstanding with food.
