Slightly transparent claret red with a good spritz. Vermouth aromas on the nose and on the palate. Great balance of fruit and herbal flavours with a very enjoyable bitterness. Complex with a long finish. Excellent as an aperitif or with endive salad and mustard and orange dressing. Brilliant stuff. Only 80 bottles arrived in the UK and we got 36 of them!
